Access to the Campground at Tok River State Recreation Area
Located on the eastern side of the bridge over the Tok River this campground is accessible by most vehicles as the large circle style offers little obstructions for maneuvering. There are a number of sites that will fit the larger RV's although most are best suited for vehicles 30 feet or smaller. Tent camping is popular in this campground as it's easily accessible by bikers and cars although our last visit the road was very pot holed and uneven. Most likely due to the soil composition, during the rainy season this campground also showed lots of puddling in some sites so tent campers need to take this into consideration if rain is in the forecast.
